A questionnaire enables you to identify four types of influencing behaviour used by people and summarised below: - Driver - Energiser - Supporter - Evaluator If you can identify which personality type best fits your influence target you will be able to select an appropriate influencing strategy. This resource explains some of the key characteristics of the influencing behaviours and then provides strategies for dealing with each type.


This is a diagnostic instrument together with comprehensive interpretive notes and guidelines to enable people to identify and respond to four types of influencing behaviour used by other people. They can also identify their preferred influencing behaviours so that they can modify their behaviours to match the preferred influencing behaviours of others.
